To book online, click on the “Book Now” button. Log in to your account, then follow the instructions: select your city, your service, your schedule, and enter your contact information before confirming.

Property condition policy

Our photography services are optimized when properties are clean and ready for shooting. It is important that you prepare your property prior to our arrival, by de-cluttering, cleaning and organizing it. If the property is not in an adequate state, the quality of the photos may be affected. We cannot be held responsible for sub-optimal results due to lack of preparation. If our photographer finds on arrival that the property is not ready, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate for the photographer's time and travel as well as changes to the schedule.

Late policy

Punctuality is essential to our services. If you are not present at the scheduled time and do not notify us within 15 minutes, the photographer will only take outside photos and leave the appointment. You will then be charged for an exterior photo session. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet policy

To ensure the safety of our photographers and the smooth running of the photo shoot, please contain or remove pets during the appointment. They must be kept away from the photography areas to avoid any disturbance. We are not responsible for any problems related to animals on the premises.

How PARSELL works

PARSELL is your marketing solution for real estate brokers. We manage everything: photos, videos, drone, 3D, sign installation and more. Our 24/7 web platform lets you book your appointments live. Your media is delivered within 24 hours (photos, drone, 3D, 2D) and 72 working hours (videos). Media delivery

Hosting your media

PARSELL keeps your media on file for 12 months. After this period, we cannot guarantee their availability. We recommend that you download a copy to your computer as soon as you receive it.

Refunds

In the event of a refund, we will use the same means of payment as the one used. The delay may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Coupons & Credits

To use a promotional coupon or credit, please apply it before proceeding to payment. Promotional coupons are one-time use and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to previous purchases, transferred, or combined with other offers or discounts. PARSELL reserves the right to cancel any coupon in the event of fraud, abuse, violation of the Terms of Use, or technical errors.

Taxes

Applicable taxes of the region, province or country will be added to each invoice.

According to the 2012 Copyright Act C-11, photographers own the default copyright to their work. At PARSELL, we are the exclusive copyright holders of your images. You are licensed to market your properties, but any other use requires our prior written consent.

Service contracts

We don't believe in binding contracts. We believe in loyalty earned through service, not forced. You pay only for the services you use, with no up-front commitment.
